Yes. The destination fee of $35.00 plus tax per day is applied to each reservation in order to provide you with the following services and amenities to provide an enhanced guest experience.

November 1st through April 30th:

• We require cancellations to be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to check-in. A one-night deposit will be charged at the time of booking. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled arrival, the deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.

May 1st through October 31st:

• A deposit of up to 3 nights will be taken at the time of booking with the balance charged 21 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation made outside of 21 days to arrival will result in a cancellation fee of 10% of the deposit amount. No cancellations or changes are allowed within 21 days to arrival and will result with a 100% forfeit of all monies paid.
