Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Reservations for one, two or three nights require an advance deposit equal to the full tariff for the stay. Reservations for four or more nights require an advance deposit equal to the first three nights of the stay at the time the accommodation is reserved. The balance of the full tariff is required 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The advance deposit guarantees that a room will be reserved for the entire time requested and also assures the Inn that the accommodation is sold as confirmed. An $18.00 per night facility fee is added to all reservations. This encompasses on site parking, morning coffee, tea and hot chocolate, unlimited wireless internet, fitness room and our seasonal outdoor heated pool. Though we love pets, they are not allowed at the Inn.
* From May through October, advance deposits will be refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee if notice of cancellation is received at the Inn no less than 21 days prior to the confirmed arrival date. From November through April advance deposits will be refunded less a $75.00 cancellation fee if notice of cancellation is received at the Inn no less than 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date. Any cancellation or changes received within the aforementioned dates to arrival will result in a 100% forfeit of the entire deposit regardless of reason. Deposits will be forfeited if you arrive after a specified arrival date or depart before final date of reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply.
If you cancel your reservation in full or in part (within the seasonal dates above) you are responsible for the entire amount of the reservation. A no-show, late arrival or early departure due to any circumstance(including weather) is considered a cancellation, as is any change of arrival or departure dates. Guests who have concerns about this may want to consider Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption Insurance to protect yourselves against any and all unforeseen eventualities including sudden illness in the family, airline and boat cancellations, stormy weather, etc. (See http://www.travelguard.com for details)
